The intake session is longer and more in-depth than a standard session. It's where we get a full picture of what's brought you in and what you're hoping to change. From there, individual sessions are where the real work happens.
Insurance Benefits
I'm an out-of-network provider and don't bill insurance directly. That said, many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits to offset the cost of sessions.
I work with Thrizer to make this as straightforward as possible. Once your deductible is met, you pay only your co-insurance at the time of your session, typically around 40% of the session fee. Thrizer handles the rest with your insurance company directly.
Medicaid plans do not include out-of-network benefits, so this option isn't available for those plans.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation
Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation: $1,200
This is a structured, multi-session process designed to clarify your diagnosis and give you a detailed written report you can actually use. It's appropriate for adults who want answers, not just a label. The flat fee covers all three sessions and your final report.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit and debit cards and FSA/HSA payments. I do not invoice or bill after sessions.
