Individual Therapy
My individual therapy session rate is $150, and the initial intake assessment (first session only) rate is $175. If you’re wondering whether therapy is worth the investment, I’m happy to talk through what the process might look like for you.
Full Diagnostic Assessment
The Full Diagnostic Evaluation includes all sessions, structured assessments, diagnostic screeners, and a personalized written report. The rates per session are: Session 1 (90 minutes) - $275, Session 2 (60 minutes) - $225, and Session 3 (30 minutes) - $175. Full payment is required before the final session in order to receive the diagnostic report.
Insurance
I’m an out-of-network provider and don’t bill insurance directly. However, I work with Thrizer to reduce upfront costs. Once your deductible is met, you’ll pay only your co-insurance (typically around 40%) at the time of your session. I can help you navigate your benefits and estimate your costs before your first session.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service, and I accept debit/credit cards as well as FSA/HSA payments. I do not invoice or bill clients after sessions.
